The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Assembler II with a focus on large equipment and heavy systems. In this role, you’ll assemble, test, and refine high-performance machinery that combines hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. You’ll be hands-on with complex builds, contribute to process improvements, and mentor junior team members along the way.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble large-scale industrial cleaning equipment using technical drawings, schematics, and instructions.

• Integrate, test, and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

• Perform quality checks to ensure every unit meets performance standards.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.

• Train and guide Mechanical Assembler I team members as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of mechanical assembly experience (industrial, automotive, or heavy equipment preferred).

• Strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

• Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools.

• Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail.

• Independent, reliable, and capable of meeting deadlines.

• Solid communication and leadership skills.

Preferred:

• Technical/vocational training in mechanical or industrial systems.

• Vehicle maintenance or mobile equipment service background.

• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma exposure.

• Supervisory or team lead experience.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

• Frequent bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
