A company is looking for a Qualitative Research Director & Moderator.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of a high-volume qualitative research program, managing design, moderation, and reporting

Develop rigorous research frameworks and adapt methodologies in real time to surface patterns

Synthesize complex qualitative data into actionable recommendations for product and design decisions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

7+ years of experience in qualitative research methodologies and studies

B.A. / B.S. degree in Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science, UX Design, Computer Science, or related field

Expertise in leading user sessions and understanding user behaviors

Proven experience in client relationship management and strategic guidance

Ability to mentor junior team members and manage multiple projects efficiently
