Responsibilities
- Assist customers with policy inquiries, coverage questions, claims status updates, and general service needs.
- Build strong customer relationships that promote trust and satisfaction.
- Support processing of new policies, renewals, endorsements, and documentation.
- Collect required information for claims and help maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Maintain organized files, reports, and documentation.
Requirement
Be open to obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance License with support from our District.Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.Strong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to handle high-call-volume or fast-paced workflow when needed.
