Operations Associate

A company is looking for an Operations Associate, Specialty Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full onboarding lifecycle for specialty drivers and carrier teams

Partner with Sales, Operations, and Revenue teams to fulfill urgent onboarding requests

Build and maintain SOPs and quality controls to support scalable specialty onboarding

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in operations, onboarding, or similar roles

Strong operational ownership with a bias toward action

Experience managing third-party vendors or BPO partners

Ability to build SOPs and scalable operational processes

Comfort using data and metrics for process improvement
