Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist customers, ensuring they receive excellent service.
• Design and create attractive floral arrangements or other items based on customer requests.
• Effectively and safely package orders for customers.
• Keep merchandise and supplies organized and in designated areas.
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist customers in locating and selecting items.
• Handle phone orders and inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Participate in the decoration and merchandising of the department.
• Ensure the workspace is clean, safe, and free from clutter.
• Maintain plants and prepare floral arrangements, including filling balloons.
• Ensure proper signage, freshness, and quality of merchandise.
• Follow company policies and procedures, and comply with state and federal laws.
• Operate the cash register following company protocols, when applicable.
• Be flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as required.
