Position: Fitness Sales Associate

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering results-driven workouts led by virtual instructors inside infrared saunas.

Our studios feature:
• 12 infrared sauna workouts
• FX Zone with weights, kettlebells, battle ropes & more

The Opportunity
This is more than a front desk role — it’s a sales + customer experience position within a fast-growing fitness brand.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth
• Sell memberships, packages, and retail
• Follow up with leads and engage current members
• Build community relationships and drive outreach

Member Experience
• Greet and connect with every member and guest
• Lead studio tours and guide prospects through the HOTWORX experience
• Help members feel confident and supported

Operations
• Maintain a clean, organized studio
• Assist with scheduling, transactions, and member accounts
• Complete daily tasks with consistency

Brand & Team
• Support social media efforts
• Bring energy and professionalism to every shift
• Contribute to team sales and retention goals

Staffed Hours
Mon–Thurs: 11AM–8PM
Friday: 9AM–6PM
Saturday: 9AM–2PM

What We’re Looking For
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Organized and able to multitask
• Flexible schedule (evenings + weekends required)
• Comfortable with basic computer systems
