As a Patient Scheduler , you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through every step of their visit-from scheduling their appointment to checking them in and ensuring their visit goes smoothly. You'll be a key player in making sure everything runs like clockwork in the front desk area while keeping patient records accurate and up-to-date. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and have a knack for managing schedules, we'd love to have you on board!

What You'll Do :

• Be the First Friendly Face : Assist patients with scheduling, check-in, registration, check-out, and ensure they have a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Manage Patient Flow : Help keep the clinic running smoothly by managing the flow of patients, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling and check-ins.
• Accurate Record Keeping : Make sure all patient demographic and financial information is accurately entered into our system, ensuring a smooth visit for everyone.
• Communication Pro : Answer all phone calls, respond to patient requests, and explain health benefits, financial obligations, and our organization's Discount Policy with clarity.
• Be the Scheduling Guru : Take charge of the clinic schedule, ensuring it's effective, organized, and optimized for the best patient experience.
