Key Responsibilities
Develops and delivers educational programs to improve clinical documentation quality
Collaborates with leadership to identify and implement strategic plans for clinical dashboard improvement
Analyzes data and conducts audits to create actionable plans and onboard new staff on coding protocols
Required Qualifications
RHIT, RHIA, or CCS certification
Associates Degree in a healthcare-related field
Five years of coding experience in the area of expertise
Strong personal computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Educational or training experience
