A company is looking for a Client Facilitator I to provide support in disability claims management.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the LTD carrier and the company, maintaining communication on SSDI claims
Provide technical expertise regarding SSDI claims and maintain knowledge of SSA programs
Review and track claims status, perform data entry, and assist with customer service issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required
Experience in disability claims with relevant organizations required
Knowledge of SSDI and SSA programs and procedures
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Experience in data entry and claims management systems preferred
