Vaco has partnered with a reputable healthcare organization in the Great Boston area and they are looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner to their team.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with regional leaders and practice managers to provide HR guidance, coaching, and support across a multi-site organization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards teams to implement HR programs and initiatives that drive engagement and retention.
  • Lead investigations and provide recommendations on complex employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as turnover, engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and ensure consistent communication and implementation of HR policies and practices.
  • Champion company culture and employee engagement across both clinical and corporate environments.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a business partner or generalist capacity.
  • Experience supporting multi-location or healthcare environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco / Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco / Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
