A company is looking for a Deferred Maintenance & Repair (DMR) Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide engineering support for federal planning, design, and execution of deferred maintenance projects
Analyze BUILDER SMS data and develop scopes of work, estimates, and schedules for projects
Manage federal DMR programs, including policy updates and facility condition assessments
Required Qualifications
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering project development or facilities management
At least 1 year of experience supporting federal projects / programs related to facility planning and design
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
Skilled in developing project packages including scopes of work and cost estimates
