Client Service Leader - Water Services

CDM Smith has an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Leader to expand water, wastewater, and environmental services business development across southeastern Michigan. CDM Smith has been providing a wide array of services to Michigan clients for over 40 years, including delivering some of the largest water and wastewater projects for major clients throughout the state. We are looking for someone who can lead business development opportunities in collaboration with our growing team of local and national project managers, technical experts, and marketing professionals.

As a member of this team, you would contribute to CDM Smith's mission by:
• Developing new business and maintaining high-value relationships with water/wastewater/environmental clients in Michigan.
• Creating client engagement strategies and pursuit plans for multiple clients.
• Coordinating with senior regional and national leadership to identify opportunities to expand CDM Smith's delivery of strategic service offerings, including planning, construction, implementation, and alternative delivery.
• Developing & managing proposal efforts, business strategies and presentations and leading contract negotiations.
• Working effectively with project managers, technical specialists and delivery teams as a leader in our delivery of quality projects to our clients.
• Leading select projects within his/her technical area of expertise.
• Being active in professional societies.
