This supply chain leadership role will be responsible for setting strategy and execution of a key program area within the PGSS product line. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, a strong level of business acumen, and experience leading a team of supply chain professionals in a growth environment. The Director will drive the development and implementation of supply chain risk reduction strategies.

Key responsibilities of the role include :

• Overseeing all aspects of Business Area supply chain growth strategy associated with current and future business needs.
• Developing and executing supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives, including but not limited to, inventory management, procurement, and production planning.
• Elevating the capabilities of the supply chain team and its interactions with other functions to deliver on operational and financial goals.
• Collaborating with supplier executive leadership to manage strategic relationships and ensure delivery of contracted requirements.
• Monitoring market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to anticipate potential risks and opportunities to the business.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the supply chain team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Being an engaged member of the Business Area Leadership Team, advising the team on all aspects of supply chain execution.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following capabilities :

Required Education, Experience, & Skills :

Ability to obtain up to Secret clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills :

Existing Secret or Top Secret clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range : $150370 - $255630
