What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities, with a focus on the needs of a technology, media, and telecommunications environment.

Monitor access points and observe for unusual or suspicious activity within the location.

Document incidents and maintain detailed records as required by site protocols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and / or local authorities as needed.

Follow post orders and instructions from Allied Universal management and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

Supervisory experience is required.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR and / or first aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
