Plant Accountant - Ft. Myers, FL - Must be able to go to office 5 days a week

We're hiring a Plant Accountant to support a $10M precast manufacturing facility producing high-volume concrete panels. This role partners closely with operations and finance, with a focus on cost accounting, inventory accuracy, and monthly close.

What You'll Do

Manage plant expenses, vendor invoices, and monthly reconciliations

Oversee inventory accuracy (receiving, counts, adjustments, costing)

Maintain daily KPIs and support monthly close + financial statements

Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and account reconciliations

Analyze direct / overhead costs vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods

Manage PO process and fixed asset capitalization

Support budgeting, standard cost updates, and ad-hoc analysis

What We're Looking For

BS / BA in Accounting or Finance

1-2+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing preferred

Cost accounting & inventory experience a plus

Strong Excel and ERP skills (Oracle preferred)

Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a plant environment
