Accountability for their actions Cardiac drips knowledge (Amiodarone, Nitroglycerin, Cardene, Cardizem) Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Great communicator between patients and interdisciplinary team 6-months PCU experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Days post CABG, AVR / MVR, aortic root repairs, LVAD, immediate post VATS (chest tubes) Post Vascular surgeries, pre / post cath lab and EP procedures (pacemaker / AICD, heart caths, PCIs, TAVR) Bedside procedures (paracentesis, thoracentesis, PICC insertion) Best personality Fit : Caring and a great team player REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS : BLS, ACLS Floating Area(s) : Med-Surg / tele, Ortho Dress Code : Scrub Color / Attire - Royal Blue Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
