Job Description
The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Pediatrician to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in West Burlington, IA !
Position Highlights :
- Work / Life Balance : flexible & consistent schedule within clinic hours of M / T / W / Th : 7AM - 6 PM; Fri : 7am - 5 PM
- Full-Time Role : 36 patient contact hours, 4 admin hours per week seeing on average 18-20 patients per day
- Full supportive provider team includes : 1 Pediatrician, 1 Pediatric NP, & 1 Pediatric PA + Clinical Support Staff
- Financial Support : Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through state & federal programs
- Competitive Salary : starting around $246,000 and up based upon experience + quality & productivity incentives
- EHR : Ochin Epic
