Physical Therapist Job Details

Location : Outpatient Rehab Center, Greencastle, PA (near Chambersburg, 17201)

Contract Length : 13 weeks (Start : January 12, 2026 – End : April 13, 2026)

Shift : Day shifts, 5x8-hour (Monday–Thursday 8am–7pm, Friday 8am–4 : 30pm)

Hours per Week : 40

Employment Type : Travel Physical Therapist Contract

Setting : Outpatient, orthopedic, geriatric, neuro rehabilitation

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2300-$2470

COVID-19 & Flu Vaccine : Required (medical / religious exemptions available)

Physical Therapist Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) in an outpatient rehab setting

Active Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania

BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)

EPIC EMR charting experience preferred

Ability to provide care for COVID patients as needed

Expertise in orthopedic, geriatric, and neuro patient care

Strong communication and time management skills

Compliance with tobacco and fragrance-free facility policies

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients

Deliver care for orthopedic, sports medicine, and neuro diagnoses (CVA, Parkinson's, MS, post-op rehab)

Utilize adaptive devices, assistive technology, and modalities such as E-stim, ultrasound, and cryotherapy

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes

Document patient care using EPIC EMR system

Maintain safety and skin integrity standards

Participate in ongoing professional development and orientation modules (pre-start, 24 hours)
