Your Role :

As an HHA with Affirmed, you’ll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home by providing :

Personal care and grooming

Medication reminders

Light housekeeping and meal preparation

Companionship and meaningful engagement

What We’re Looking For :

At least 1 year of HHA experience

Valid NYS Home Health Aide Certificate

Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Current physical exam (within 1 year)

Valid PPD or QuantiFERON test or chest x-ray (within 5 years)

Proof of MMR immunization (within the last 10 years)

Driver’s license preferred
