Skagit Regional Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative team in Smokey Point, Washington. This position offers a great work / life balance with a weekday, outpatient only schedule, while providing care for patients of all ages in a well-equipped clinic. Skagit Regional Health has an immediate opening for a Family Medicine physician to join our clinic in Smokey Point, Washington. Be a part of a collegial team of 6 established providers.   • Thrive in a team-oriented environment with 6 experienced providers, MAs, nurses, and other clinic staff.
  • Great work / life balance with a weekday, outpatient only schedule with a 1 : 18 shared phone call rotation.
  • Provide care for patients of all ages in a small family clinic their patients love. Clinic is located in a multispecialty building with immediate access to lab, diagnostic imaging services, and a variety of subspecialty providers.
  • This is a hospital employed position with access to a large, existing in house specialty care referral base.
  • Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.

Qualifications :

  • Graduate from an ACGME accredited program.
  • Board Eligible / Board Certification required.
  • 2-3 years of experience is preferred; however, new graduates will be considered.
  • The ideal candidate will place a priority on quality of care, patient experience and collaboration.
  • Our ideal candidate will be focused on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.

  • Guaranteed first year salary : $287,476

  • Cascade Valley Hospital is licensed for 48 beds with a Level IV Trauma Center and a Level II Nursery.
