What You'll Do as an Accounts Payable Specialist :

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll help manage a high-volume workload while maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring timely, accurate payments. Responsibilities include :

Processing 300+ invoices per day with precision and efficiency

Handling full-cycle accounts payable : coding, batching, matching, and posting invoices

Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies

Coordinating with internal teams and vendors to clarify and resolve billing issues

Assisting with month-end close processes and audit preparation

What You Bring to the Table :

The ideal Accounts Payable Specialist will have :

2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment

Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards
