Commercial Real Estate Credit Analyst
A top-performing, community-focused bank on Chicago's North Side is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Credit Analyst. This is a full-time, onsite role offering hands-on experience in underwriting local CRE deals and long-term growth within a stable credit team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Underwrite commercial real estate loans (multifamily, office, retail, etc.)
- Analyze borrower financials, tax returns, and property cash flow
- Prepare detailed credit memos and loan presentations
- Support portfolio monitoring and risk reviews
- Collaborate with lenders and credit officers to structure deals
- Ensure compliance with internal policy and regulatory guidelines
