Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously — a positive attitude makes all the difference!
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and clearly communicate repair needs to technicians.
• Recommend additional services using a transparent, customer-focused approach.
• Prepare accurate repair and maintenance estimates.
• Follow all dealership policies regarding vehicle care and safety.
• Keep customers updated on repair progress and timelines.
• Manage and explain extended warranty options.
• Inspect completed work to ensure repair quality and accuracy.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
• Review completed repairs and costs with customers clearly and professionally.
• Resolve minor customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Keep the Service Manager informed of any potential issues.
• Maintain top-tier Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in alignment with Toyota standards.
