Uponsuccessfulcompletionoftheprogram,yourfirstroleinmanagementwillbeasaProductionSupervisorinoneofourninemanufacturingplantsacrossthecountry.TheultimateintentofthisprogramistogrowindividualsbeyondthesupervisorlevelandintofutureleaderswithinLeprino'sproductionoperations!

StartingSalary :

Alltraineeswillstartatabasesalaryof$75,000,withaninitialrelocationassistancepackage(lump-sum)of$6,000.Upongraduationoftheprogram,Leprinooffersafullrelocationassistancepackage!Thispositionasanannualtargetbonusof5%ofannualearnings.

TraineeResponsibilities :

Learnanddemonstratetechnical / functionalcompetenceinmanufacturingandqualityprocesses.Developandapplysafetyandpeopleleadershipskills.

Uselearnedknowledgetohelpsuperviseteamoperationsandmakerecommendationsforlaborandmanufacturingefficiencies,costsavings,andqualityimprovements.

Assistwithteamleadershipbysupportingandimplementingprogramsinoperatortraining,safety,communications,performancerecognition,andinternalemployeedevelopmenttoensurepeakemployeeefficiency.

Helpsupervisordailyshiftoperationstodeliveronmanufacturingstandardsandqualityparameterstoachievetargetedproductionvolumesforareaofresponsibility.

Buildandcultivatestrongworkingrelationships,collaborationwithintheteamandwithteammembers,andapositiveworkenvironment.

Prepareanddeliverpre-shiftmeetingsandpost-shiftpassdowncommunications.

Beactivelyinvolvedintheplant'squalityexecutionprogramtoachievequalitygoals.

Maintainhighefficiencyandcostefficiencythroughaccurateschedulingofproductionandprocessingoperations,maintenance,andworkforce.
