NOCONA ISD PARTICIPATES IN THE TEACHER INCENTIVE ALLOTMENT PROGRAM AND USES A 4 DAY PER WEEK SCHOOL CALENDAR.

Description/Notes:
Utilize data /assessment results to facilitate school improvement. Foster collegiality and team building among staff members. Work with students, staff, and parents to develop positive student behavior. General knowledge of curriculum and instruction; ability to instruct students and manage their behavior; strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Coaching experience preferred.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University; Valid Texas Teaching Certificate with required endorsements for subject and level assigned.

Salary Range:

175 days; Salary is based on qualifications and years of experience, plus coaching stipend.

Benefits:

District pays $225 per month toward employee's Health Insurance plan, $10,000 life insurance policy.
