Apartment Maintenance Technician - Temporary Assignment

Location : Davenport, FL

Pay Rate : $20 / hour

Join a dynamic property team and keep things running smoothly! As an Apartment Maintenance Technician , you'll handle essential repairs and upkeep to ensure residents enjoy a safe and comfortable living environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Complete work orders for repairs and maintenance
  • Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas
  • Assist with unit turns and preventative maintenance
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests

Qualifications

  • Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Must have own tools
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
