Ad Platforms is responsible for Disney’s industry‑leading ad technology and products – driving advertising performance, innovation, and value in Disney’s sports, news, and entertainment content, across all media platforms.

The Ads Data team, part of Ad Platforms, transforms Disney’s Ad platform with data and AI across TV and streaming video. We build solutions to measure and optimize every aspect of the advertising life cycle. Our team is a cross‑domain group that delivers end‑to‑end solutions covering machine learning, big data, microservices, and data visualization. We’re looking for a senior software engineer to core team of our advertising data platform engineering group. This group focuses on big data infrastructure, operational data, audience solution, inventory forecasting, and full‑funnel measurements as a foundation layer for Disney’s addressable Ad Platforms.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $138,900 - $186,200 per year, in Seattle, CA is $145,400 - $195,000 per year and in San Francisco, CA is $152,100 - $203,900 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
