Job Title : Production and Assembly Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production and Assembly Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, interpreting blueprints, and performing essential computer-based tasks to support production operations. This position requires regular lifting and hands-on assembly work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Shift Schedule & Pay

1st Shift : 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM | $17 – $18 per hour

2nd Shift : 2 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM | $18 – $19 per hour

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality control checks on plates, identifying defects and verifying correct ports or orifices
• Accurately read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper assembly and production standards
• Perform computer-based tasks including pulling blueprints, checking inventory, and charging plate packs
• Charge units to the roster and maintain accurate production records
• Safely lift and handle items weighing up to 50 lbs on a routine basis

Work Environment

This position is based in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility, ensuring comfort and consistency throughout the year. Technicians work Monday through Friday on either first or second shift, with stable hours and a team-oriented atmosphere where mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills are highly valued.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr.
