The physician works in a team environment, handling an average of 15-18 patients per day and participating in a 7 on / 7 off schedule.

Adult and Child / Adolescent Psychiatrist Locums Job in Eastern Idaho Ongoing Coverage

Dates of Coverage : 7 on / 7 off

12 hour shifts

Three to four 24-hour call shifts per 7 days on

Assignment Details :

Covering consults, new admissions, discharges, and emergencies

Board Certification is required

Adult Inpatient has two units totaling 37 beds

Two physicians and 2-3 residents

Average 15-18 patients per day; length of stay is 5-7 days

Daily discharges 4-5 per day but varies and at peak can see 8-10 admissions and 6-8 discharges
