The annual salary range for this position in California is $66,000$84,000. Live Better U is a company paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $84,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

Minimum Qualifications

2 or more years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 1 year's SAM'S Club experience; OR 3 years' military experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Environmental Compliance or related field, Retail profit and loss statement management experience, Supervisory experience, Warehouse experience with cold chain compliance
