You will be working on the Data and AI Services team to help drive AI innovation, enablement, and insights at Publix. You will build solutions using Large Language Models, AI services, and machine learning and you will be working with application teams to design and implement AI services while meeting Responsible AI standards and best practices. Additionally, you will build evaluation flows and measures to ensure AI services are grounded and effective - leading large-scale AI/ML efforts while using agile tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions and data pipelines.
• Manage and optimize the effectiveness, latency, and reliability of LLMs in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with application development teams to ensure AI functionality is implemented according to standards and best practices.
• Contribute to AI and ML development standards and best practices.
• Lead project efforts and act as the SME of assigned systems.
• Mentor, lead, and train other engineers through knowledge transfer, problem resolution, and peer code reviews.
