job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDevelop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, policies, and procedures Analyze new and changing laws and regula ons that impact the company’s business and advise senior management accordingly Review compliance risk assessments and determine if current processes control risk Drafting and maintaining employee training for compliance Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related policies and best practices Ensure all staff understand and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements Create, maintain, and update reporting of compliance tests and risk assessments Prepare reports to the executive leadership on compliance status 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience, including at least one year of experience as a senior compliance officer at a mid-to-large size company (100+ employees). Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements related to imports, customs, and FinCEN. Fashion industry experience preferred . Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Experience communicating and interacting with regulatory agencies and regulatory affairs Experience in conducting training sessions and developing compliance frameworks English / Korean Bilingual Certified Compliance Professional or other compliance related certification
