Barn Manager

Rate of Pay

$540 / week plus room and board

Qualifications

  • At least 21 years old
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Significant experience with horse health, riding, and training
  • Experience teaching youth
  • Horse care

Responsibilities

  • Oversee both the main barn and Lazy T equestrian programs
  • Manage the overall health and scheduling of 20 horses
  • Manage, lead, and support your staff
  • Use horses to create impactful programs for kids
  • Ensure program safety and progression
  • Ability to work with all staff as a strong active team member to develop best work practices
