Key Responsibilities
Drive performance and strategy for the Hybrid Cloud portfolio, ensuring achievement of sales goals and partner satisfaction
Develop and operationalize partner enablement, certifications, and training tailored to portfolio segments
Cultivate strategic relationships with key partners to enhance channel engagement and optimize sales coverage
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
15 years of progressive sales and management experience
10+ years of channel experience, either with partners or within a channel organization
Previous executive leadership experience in a global, cross-functional environment
Proven track record of driving business growth and market expansion
