Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst We are a high-growth, private equity-backed manufacturer relocating its U.S. headquarters to Aurora, IL . This FP&A Analyst role will directly support commercial sales strategy — including SKU analysis, pricing / mix trends, product costing, and margin sensitivity .

💼 Position Overview :

Title : Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

Location : Aurora, IL (Hybrid Schedule)

Travel : 5–10%

Industry : Manufacturing / Consumer Goods

Reports to : Director of FP&A (Commercial & Ops)

📈 What You’ll Do :

Support commercial finance : pricing, margin analysis, product mix, and forecasting

Analyze sales trends, market behavior, and customer data

Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs

Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and capital ROI modeling

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and marketing teams

Prepare insights for quarterly business reviews and strategic planning

✅ Ideal Profile :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

2–4 years of FP&A or financial analyst experience

Strong Excel and modeling skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)

Exposure to ERP systems and tools like Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau, etc.

Experience in manufacturing, CPG, or supply chain environments preferred

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with non-finance stakeholders
