Night Shift : 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00) with 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule.

Job Description

The ICU Registered Nurse (RN) will provide critical care in the Epic Hardstop ICU. This role requires the ability to work independently and may include charge responsibilities over a low acuity unit. The nurse may be the only staff member on duty and must demonstrate strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patients in the ICU setting.
Perform advanced nursing tasks and provide comprehensive patient care.
Manage treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Deliver emergency care as needed.
Assist with various procedures and interventions within the ICU.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 1 year of charge nurse experience preferred.

Prior experience with patient ratios of 1 Nurse : 3 Patients.

Required Certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS.

Strong clinical skills in critical care management and patient stabilization.
