Full-Time Nocturnist (Night Adult Hospitalist) - Danbury, Connecticut (70 miles from New York City) - Generous Hiring Bonus and Visa Sponsorship may be available

Danbury Hospital, a part of Nuvance Health is seeking a full time Nocturnist / Night Adult Hospitalist at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, Connecticut to join our established and busy program. We are located about 70 miles northeast of New York City in suburban Fairfield County and near the border of Westchester and Putnam Counties in New York. Position is a NIGHT schedule from 8 PM - 8 AM with two weekends per month and is an employed position with Nuvance Health Medical Practice CT. There is a flexible schedule pattern of either 7 on / 7 off or 5 on 5 off. We offer a competitive compensation package, including base salary plus quality incentives and allowances for CMEs and Dues and includes paid time off, excellent benefits including 401k match. The ideal candidate will be board certified / eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Visa sponsorship may be available for this great opportunity to join a team with a small community hospital feel in a collegial work environment while being able to work closely with different specialties.

Job Summary :

• Provide medical care to inpatients, assist them to recover from acute illnesses and minimize the effects of chronic illnesses.

Salary range :

$280,000 - $315,000 annually commensurate or relative to experience
