A leading advanced-manufacturing organization in the
medical device and precision plastics sector
is seeking a
Program Manager
to oversee cross-functional program execution and drive successful delivery of complex customer programs. This is a high-impact role responsible for coordinating engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain activities to ensure new product launches meet expectations for timeline, cost, performance, and regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end program execution for
new product introductions (NPI) , supporting projects from concept through production launch.
Act as the primary customer liaison—delivering updates, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional communication throughout the program lifecycle.
Build detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while coordinating resources across multiple internal departments.
Facilitate alignment between engineering, quality, production, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
Manage risk assessments, change control, and program issues to keep deliverables on track.
Oversee validation activities including
IQ / OQ / PQ , ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory frameworks such as
ISO 13485
and
FDA QSR .
Track project metrics, generate progress reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives to elevate program performance.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
5+ years of program or project management experience
in medical device, plastics manufacturing, or other highly regulated environments.
Strong understanding of quality / regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820).
Experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams and multiple concurrent programs.
Skilled communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Proficient with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
PMP certification preferred but not required.
