Position : Weekend RN Supervisor

Shift : Double Shifts, Saturday & Sunday | 7 : 00 AM – 11 : 00 PM (16-hour shifts)

Pay Rate : Up to $40 per hour

Job Description :

Are you a compassionate RN leader seeking to make a meaningful impact? Join our dedicated team as a Weekend RN Supervisor and play a vital role in delivering exceptional care. You will collaborate closely with the Director and Associate Director of Nursing to ensure our residents receive the highest quality care, while leading and supporting a dynamic nursing team.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee nursing services to ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.

Supervise and mentor nursing staff to maintain top-tier care and adherence to responsibilities.

Participate in facility surveys and government inspections to uphold high standards.

Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing residents’ discharge plans.

Conduct rounds to supervise nursing staff and ensure professional standards are met.

Address and resolve complaints, reporting findings to the Director of Nursing.

Welcome and assist new residents, facilitating smooth transitions into care.

Accompany physicians on rounds as needed to ensure clear communication.

Monitor medication administration and treatment schedules for accuracy.

Provide hands-on nursing care when necessary.

Assist in performance evaluations for LPNs and CNAs.

Requirements :

Active, unencumbered RN license in Florida.

Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.

Ability to make independent decisions and handle situations with professionalism and poise.

In-depth knowledge of nursing procedures, regulations, and standards in nursing care facilities.

Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with staff.

Capacity to develop and implement nursing programs for continuous quality improvement.

Openness to adopting new nursing methods and best practices.
