Continental Electronics Corporation (CEC), a subsidiary of OSI Systems, Inc., seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead program finance activities. This role will be responsible for program-level financial oversight, supporting a high-tech manufacturing environment with a strong focus on government contracting. Senior Program Analyst will oversee multiple programs within the business and collaborate closely Program Management, Scheduling, Engineering, and Operations. This person will be a key resource reporting to the Senior Finance Program Manager.
Responsibilities
- Labor & Material tracking, cost transfers, & resource planning / updates
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers
- Lead real-time financial performance monitoring
- Monitor program costs, schedules, and risks
- Drive monthly and quarterly planning cycles
- Support business development proposals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
- Prepare variance analyses, productivity studies, and non-standard management reports
- Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis as needed

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (MBA preferred)5+ years of finance / accounting experience, including 2+ years in program financeStrong understanding of GAAP and government contracting (CP / FP / T&M)Experience with Deltek, Oracle EPM Cloud, and complex HFM reporting and consolidationProficient in MS Excel and WordAbility to obtain DoD issued Secret ClearanceStrong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departmentAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
