Job Purpose

The core mission of this role is to lead the architecture, development, and implementation of advanced AI / ML solutions—particularly in Generative AI and Agentic AI systems. You will guide technical teams, design end-to-end system architectures, and ensure that AI models and platforms are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals. This position blends hands-on engineering with solution leadership, working closely with stakeholders, engineers, and product teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• AI / ML Solution Design : Define and architect enterprise-grade AI / ML systems with a focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Hands-on AI Engineering : Lead the development, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of machine learning and large language model solutions.
• End-to-End Architecture Ownership : Create robust architectures covering data pipelines, model operations, ML infrastructure, and integration patterns.
• Technical Leadership : Mentor engineering teams, establish best practices, and guide development activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Model Evaluation & Validation : Design evaluation strategies to benchmark model quality, safety, performance, and reliability.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with data engineers, software developers, product teams, and stakeholders to align AI capabilities with business objectives.
• Innovation & R&D : Identify emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into architecture strategies and solution designs.
