About the Role :
The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and comfort of the healthcare facility. This position is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks, repairing equipment, and addressing any facility-related issues promptly to support uninterrupted healthcare services. The technician will work closely with facility management and healthcare staff to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment for residents and employees. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to minimize downtime and hazards. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the overall well-being of residents by maintaining a well-functioning and secure facility.
