As an MST Therapist, you'll utilize your skills to build collaborative relationships and support families with youth who are engaging in problematic behaviors. Along with the exceptional support, training, and supervision structure offered in the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model, you'll be free to employ a variety of therapies and counseling techniques as you work together with families, youth, schools, and other key professionals to come alongside and help families overcome complex life challenges.

Required Qualifications

- Masters degree in counseling psychology, social work, or a related field

- Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) eligible - New grads welcome!

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Position Summary

As an MST Therapist, youll work with your clinical team to develop weekly case plans and evaluate client and family progress within the MST model. Youll be able to utilize your clinical training along with MSTs expert supervision as you manage a caseload of no more than 6 families and experience the creativity and freedom to work in the clients home, school, and community to meet their unique needs.

Unlike outpatient counseling positions, MST productivity goals are set at only 20 hours per week (with phone calls and case management time included as billable time), with bonus pay for additional sessions!
