Key Responsibilities

Ship product features to enhance user Discovery experiences

Build and maintain a scalable, stable, low latency feed experience

Lead a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve discovery challenges

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on backend systems

Experience in discovery-related fields such as Recommendations or Search

Expertise in designing scalable backend systems and familiarity with cloud computing platforms

Ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional initiatives
