We are seeking an AUTO ACCESSORY SALES REPRESENTATIVE to become an integral part of our team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.
Key Responsibilities
Engage customers to identify vehicle customization and accessory needs
Recommend and sell automotive accessories such as wheels, tires, electronics, protection packages, performance upgrades, and appearance enhancements
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and warranties clearly and accurately
Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure proper documentation
Coordinate with service and installation teams to schedule accessory installations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accessory products, trends, and promotions
Meet or exceed individual and departmental sales goals
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction before and after the sale
Maintain a clean, organized showroom or display area
Follow dealership/company policies and compliance standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
Previous sales experience required; automotive or accessory sales preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for automotive products
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale or CRM systems
Valid driver’s license (if required by employer)
