A company is looking for a Director of Collections Strategy and Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a diagnostic of existing treatment paths and identify opportunities for personalized, segmentation-driven strategies

Design and execute new segmentation frameworks and AI / ML-informed strategies for collections

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective strategy development and compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data / Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred

10+ years of experience in collections strategy or analytics-driven servicing environments

Proven experience in transforming collections operations to data-driven, digital-first approaches

Strong analytical skills with experience in SAS, SQL, Python, or similar tools

Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing collections
