Required Qualifications

  • License : Active Illinois RN License (or proof of application in progress)
  • Education : ADN or higher (BSN not required)
  • Certifications : BLS (Required)
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years of recent Case Management, Utilization Review, or Acute Care experience
  • Availability : Must be able to participate in on-call rotation and rotating weekend / holiday coverage
