Jacob Rehab is a growing, patient-centered practice seeking experienced Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our in-home therapy team. We provide high-quality care directly in patients’ homes — and we’re just as committed to supporting our clinicians as we are to serving our patients.
