Job Title : Financial Systems Manager – JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

Location : On-Site | Miami, FL

Compensation : Up to $140,000 base salary + Bonus

Position Overview

A Fortune 200 leader in the Financial Services sector is seeking a Financial Systems Manager with expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) to join our client's Miami office. This role bridges Finance, Accounting, and Technology, ensuring that our financial systems meet business requirements, regulatory needs, and operational goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong Accounting or Finance background combined with hands-on systems management expertise to lead optimization, integration, and enhancements of JDE EnterpriseOne.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary system owner of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, overseeing configuration, upgrades, and ongoing support.

Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to optimize workflows, reporting, and system performance .

Manage end-to-end system functionality across general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, fixed assets, financial reporting, and other core modules .

Act as a bridge between business and technical teams , translating finance / accounting requirements into system solutions.

Lead and support system enhancements, patches, testing, and upgrades in partnership with IT and vendors.

Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and user training programs.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial regulatory standards .

Manage system security, user access, and role assignments to maintain data integrity and compliance.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements, automation, and integrations to support business growth.

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts or system support staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).

Minimum 7+ years of experience in financial systems management, with at least 5+ years of hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience .

Strong understanding of Accounting / Finance processes , including GAAP compliance and financial reporting.

Proven track record in system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements .

Strong knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and financial reporting tools a plus.

Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work on-site full-time in Miami, FL .
