We have an immediate opportunity for a Processing Specialist in the Los Angeles area. This is a remote position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Excellent Customer Service skills, will be validating customer information using program database and identifying and proofing document deficiencies
• Issue service orders and track installation status in systems
• Requires response to inquiries, statuses, and timelines
• Ability to problem solve with customers and contractors while maintaining professionalism and empathetic communications
• Clear communication and collaboration with program managers technicians and operations teams
• Ability to communicate effectively and participate in team meetings concerning process improvements
• Ability to use and navigate Microsoft Excel and SAP and other tools for the purpose of tracking status, service orders and customer interactions
• Performs basic data analysis to support program performance and backlog resolution
• Ability to handle high volume clerical tasks with accuracy, detail, and efficiency

Education and Attributes

Upon a conditional job offer, a drug test and background check will be required.

Compensation based on experience

(Customer Service, Service Orders, Excel, SAP, SBP, MAR, PCI, Utilities, Construction)
